Gugi Guntaran, a graduate of the faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia, commenced his legal practice in 2004 and served several important functions in the legal department of Indonesian mining state-owned company since 2004 up until 2022. He has extensive experiences in handling some major transactions and projects such as merger and acquisition, public company’s right issue, mining and its upstream facilities development, construction, joint venture and other transactions related to the mining business. Gugi is also well versed in advising on corporate legal matters including general corporate, investment, state-owned company’s matters, mining laws, land and assets issues, employment, intellectual property rights, capital market, and good corporate governance. Listi Witanni, graduated from the faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia in 2002 and earned her LL.M degree in 2013 from the Utrecht University in Netherland, majoring in International Business Law and Globalisation. Over the course of her career her practice has focused on mineral resources and a number of corporate and commercial issues of a state owned enterprise including a merger and acquisition, capital market, procurement, project construction and joint venture transactions. She is a former of head of legal in numerous companies either state owned companies as well as private companies, and therefore she is highly skilled in providing legal advice on business operations, legal compliance, and corporate matters, and has extensive experience advising both foreign and local companies in Indonesia.
With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the legal field, Hari Purnomo is a dedicated attorney with a robust background in both private practice and in-house legal counsel. After earning a law degree from Universitas Islam Indonesia, he began his career at a reputable law firm, where he honed his skills in various legal disciplines over a two and half year period.
Following this, Hari Purnomo spent 13 years serving as in-house counsel for one of the largest state-owned company of Indonesia. In this role, he provided strategic legal advice on a wide array of matters, including litigation, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, legal advice.
